Return Policy



When you’ve placed an order with our webshop, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving your order. During the reflection period you will handle the product and its packaging with care, and only  unpack or use the product to the extent necessary for establishing the nature, the characteristics and the effect of the product.  The guiding principle is that you may only handle and inspect the product in the manner in which one is allowed to handle a product in a store.

If you wish to return one or several products, please follow these guidelines:
1) Send us an email informing us of the product(s) you wish to return. Please include the product model number and your order number.
2) Return the product(s) with all delivered accessories, if reasonably possible in its original state and packaging, unused, and include a copy of your invoice, your order number and the IBAN number used. After your return shipment has been received and processed by our Returns Department, the amount due will be refunded within 14 days to the account that was used to pay for the order.

The direct costs for the return shipment are to be paid by the customer. We do however refund the shipping costs you paid when placing your original order. If you’re returning part of a larger order, part of the shipping costs will be refunded.
For example, if you’ve ordered three items and are returning one item, a third of the shipping costs will be refunded. If you’re returning two of the three items, two thirds of the shipping costs will be refunded. If you are returning all items from an order, you will receive a full refund of the shipping costs.

There’s always a chance of ordering the wrong product by mistake, for example in the wrong size or color. You can return these products as follows:

1) Send us an email informing us of the products you wish to exchange. Please include the product model number and your order number.
2) We will send you an email with further instructions in return. This email will include a discount code for free shipping on your new order.
3) Send your return product to us with all delivered accessories and if reasonably possible in its original state and packaging, unused, within 14 days after receipt.

Returned products must be in immaculate condition. Products that have already been assembled will not be accepted.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. This can be done via email or regular mail. Always state your full name and your order number in your written cancellation.

Damaged Products

Did you receive a damaged or broken item? Please contact our customer service department by email at or via telephone number +31 (0)343 517 363. We will walk you through the return process of the damaged item(s). We strive to send you a new and undamaged product asap , if we have stock within a few days. 


All products sold by intercomponents.shopcome with the standard manufacturers or suppliers warranty. If you feel that your product is defective and you are eligible for a warranty claim, please send us a picture of the product first, along with your order number and a description of the defect. One of our employees will then contact you.
In case of a valid claim for a product that is no older than 3 months, shipping costs will be paid by This does not apply to possible transport costs for returning products to Intercomponents bv in person or when you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery.

Intercomponents bvwill determine in collaboration with the manufacturer whether your claim is eligible for warranty and whether your product(s) will be replaced or repaired. Any (additional) costs that could emerge for the defective product are not eligible for a refund.
